1.The car body frame machine should be placed in a relatively safe place with few people. Before operation, it should be tested with an empty car to adjust the pressure.

2.During operation, it should be properly pressurized and straightened according to the material properties and cold and hot conditions of the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from breaking and flying and hurting people.

3.When operating, the workpiece should be firmly supported first. It is forbidden to stand on both sides of the frame machine.

4.When pressing the switch, you should follow the instructions of the calibration master, cooperate with each other, and coordinate with each other. It is forbidden to point the corrected part with your hands.

5.When the workpiece is pushed into the straightening machine, the hand should be placed outside the workpiece to prevent the fingers from being crushed.

6.When more than 2 people move long workpieces, they must cooperate closely, step in unison, rise and fall at the same time, and then put them down slowly, and no throwing is allowed.

7.When pushing the workpiece into the straightening and correcting machine, do not put your hands under it to prevent being crushed by the roller.

8.When the workpiece is straightened and pushed forward, pay attention to the surrounding people to prevent injury.
