1.     Introduction

Frame machine is an important repair equipment in the recovery of technical data such as body damage caused by the collision of traffic accidents and the deformation of the beam. Many repair shops choose to replace parts instead of using frame machine, but they are inseparable from some simple and fast repair equipment. In response to the current situation, Doocar specially develops a new simple and portable frame straightener.

Spider -Man is a frame straightener equipped with one or two puling towers (according to your request). These pulling towers can rotate 360 degrees and install along the spider axis to get different working spaces. The four adjustable clamping devices provide you with the best portable frame straightening system. Eight pulling tower installation positions, adjustable central brackets and hanging towers, allow you to install all the straightening system at a time without re -installation.

2. The overall structure

The whole machine is mainly composed of the following parts:

(1)   The bottom of main body is equipped with a universal wheel and a folding design, which can be easily pushed to the bottom of the vehicle. Eight pulling tower installation positions, adjustable central brackets, four fixtures installation seats, and one end are adjustable to adapt to different models.

(2)   The bottom pulling tower beam is composed of a rotating plate, the bottom beam installation tube, the front bottom beam, and the rear beam. The front bottom beam can be directly installed on the main body, which is used as side or dual tower.

(3)   The pulling arm is used in conjunction with the pulling tower beam, and the extension rod and the upper pulling arm are optional for installation.
