How to use the wheel skate:

Pull out the safety bin	Loosen the oil return  valve,open the seat	Tuck the seat into  bottom of the wheel	Tighten oil return  valve clockwise
Step on the hydraulic  pedal quickly to shorten  the distance between  the two rollers, thereby  lifting	Insert safety pin	Move the vehicle after  all four wheels have  been lifted	After the shift is completed,  turn the oil return valve  counterclockwise, pull  out the safety pin,  and the car lands
